Serving as co-manager on five ‘big bank’ underwritings, Team Mischler was selected to assist in the placement of $26.25bil [aggregate] for Bank of America $BAC ($3bil notional), Wells Fargo $WFC ($8bil notional), Goldman Sachs $GS ($6bil), Morgan Stanley $MS ($8bil), and BNY Mellon $BNY ($1.25bil).
