CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. announces the closing of $600 million senior notes offering;

Underwriters include Veteran-Owned Mischler Financial Group

HOUSTON, March 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. (CERC), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CNP), today announced the closing of its offering and sale of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.55 percent Senior Notes due 2023 and $300 million aggregate principal amount of 4.00 percent Senior Notes due 2028.  Citigroup, Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, MUFG, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Regions Securities LLC, and US Bancorp served as joint bookrunners.  Mischler Financial Group, Inc. and The Williams Capital Group, L.P. served as co-managers.
