  • A Passive Co-Manager role for Eli Lilly and Company’s (NYSE: LLY) €1.6b two-part 12- and 30-year SEC-registered Notes transaction
  • A very active Selling Group Role for Ford Motor Credit Company LLC’s $1.5b SEC-registered 5-year Senior Notes
  • A highly active role for State Street Corp’s. $1.5b two-part 6nc5 F-t-F Senior Unsecured notes and 15nc 10 F-t-F Subordinated Notes
